The photographing of the photographer.

A photographer photographing seals on a strip of exposed land at low tide. A picture of a picture within a second camera.

The fisherman's life.

Winter on Stronsay. Creels stacked ready for use.

Sunday boating.

A woman out for a Sunday boat ride; this shot was taken from a bridge that extended across the river. This was taken about 20 years ago.

Cobwebs

Good old black and white photography. A close up of a cobweb with dew on it.

High in the mountains.

Looking down the mountain, at the cable-car station between the Austrian and German border.

Picture of a moving cable-car, a difficult shot because both cars were moving towards each other, affecting the focus through a 35mm lens; but a brilliant shot!

Sunset

Sunset over Stronsay Island.

The same night but deliberately keeping the camera shutter open for around 5 seconds; this gives more of an atmosphere to the shot , and even though 'blurred' allows the viewer to see what was seen at the time the shot was taken as well as giving atmosphere to the photograph.

Peterborough city centre.

This is a view of Peterborough town centre after its modernisation.
